NatureQuest
Inquiry & Nature-based Adventures in Learning for Grades K-8
Adventure & Exploration
Welcome to the NatureQuest program, where inquiry meets nature, and adventure shapes learning!
Nestled on a sprawling 2.5-acre farm in the heart of Golden Gate Estates, Naples, FL, our homeschool caters exclusively to adventurous boys and girls in grades K-8. We believe in pushing the boundaries of traditional education through hands-on, nature-based learning experiences.
Our Philosophy
At NatureQuest, we fuse the natural curiosity of young minds with structured, inquiry-based learning, encouraging each student to explore, question, and discover. Our Christian ethos is woven throughout our curriculum, promoting values of stewardship, integrity, and compassion. Each day begins with light devotion, and reflective journaling, setting a tone of mindfulness and spiritual growth that carries through all our activities.
Curriculum Highlights
Nature and Science Integration
Using our expansive farm as both classroom and laboratory, students dive into life sciences, exploring everything from local flora and fauna to principles of ecology and sustainability.
Project-Based & Place-Based Learning
We harness the power of project-based learning and curricular field trips to deepen understanding and foster practical skills. Students tackle real-world problems through projects that integrate various academic disciplines, turning every lesson into a living, breathing experience.
Accelerated Learning
We help our students find their stride and challenge those who can to engage in advanced studies in language arts, mathematics, and sciences. Our goal is to stretch the limits of their knowledge and prepare them for future academic success.
Mindfulness & Movement
Movement is key to learning on the NatureQuest pathway. Young explorers participate in a variety of mindfulness exercises & movement activities, ensuring that they remain active and engaged, promoting both physical health and improved cognitive function.
