Our Microschools & Programs
We put the home, in homeschool partner
Selah’s Farmhouse, the home of NMS, is on a gated, working farm. Our 1,600 sq. ft. home offers comfy couches, modern homey decor, billiards, and cozy living spaces. We are NOT a commercial building with spaces that mimic traditional classrooms. Our classrooms actually feel like home, because they are our home!
Our approach
Naples MicroSchools is a nature-immersive learning center that serves as a partner for the homeschool community in the Naples/Golden Gate Estates areas. We offer an exclusive 4-day nature study program, NatureQuest, a flexible 2-Day model, CoreQuest and a microschool for early elementary aged students with unique abilities. We strive to meet the needs of any homeschool family. Essentially, an outsourced home school, we provide in-person, flexible, and personalized learning in safe, family-friendly, indoor and outdoor environments.
Naples MicroSchools provides opportunities for families with school-aged children (grades K-8 or ages 5-13) to choose their learning path, create their schedules, and gather with like-minded homeschoolers through our on-campus community and tutoring program.
A fun & safe space to learn
We’ve reimagined the one-room schoolhouse. NMS operates out of Selah’s Farmhouse, our dedicated education center located on a 2.5-acre working farm in Golden Gate Estates.
The farm boasts acres of green space, play structures, a large outdoor kitchen, a delightful Caribbean garden, and a menagerie of goats, cows, and fowl.
We are committed to the 4 S's safety, security, structure, and supervision.
Self-directed learners
Our microschools provide flexibility inside a loose structure, so students can learn at their own pace. We designate times for a type of work to be done and allow students to work at their own pace or on a topic of their choosing within that type of work. Students have the freedom to research, collaborate, and inquire as they set out to conquer their personal goals each day.
